The most incredible staff combined with an impeccably clean rooms, pleasant interior and good location. It is rare to come across such professional, knowledgable and friendly staff as Tim, Camille, She and Karla. I especially appreciated their service-oriented attitude: they were quick to find solutions to non-standard situations and found time to share some good advice about Manilla. Am really happy to have found such a lovely spot in such a busy city. I booked it without any hesitation twice and would do that again. Thanks a lot for the great job!
