The staff was so sweet and chatty and indulged us as we attempted to speak Portuguese. The room service and breakfast was great and the beds were soft. It's basically the Four Seasons without the snooty attitudes and inflated prices.

I loved the staff. They were all so nice and went out of their way to help me with questions, finding my way around, and were always smiling and pleasant. The manager was so kind. He waited for me to arrive as it was midnight before I got there. The breakfast was wonderful; so many choices and beautifully displayed and all the food was so fresh.

This Hotel is a small boutique gem in the 'French Quarter' of Lisbon. Consisting of about 9 individually named and decorated rooms, it met with all of our expectations, friendly, professional, eclectic, so much better than some of the bland which many more up market hotels deliver. We are regular visitors to Lisbon and have tried many Hotels including 5 star, but we will be back to TocTocToc again and again. Cosy, intimate, we left feeling we had made new friends and the owners should be proud of their wonderful staff. Thank you all

Situato a Lisbona, a 1,3 km dal Mercado da Ribeira e a 1,9 km dal Teatro Nacional D. The location, on a quiet hill above Santos station, was very good, with plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were very kind, helpful and efficient.
