The rooms and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The stuff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We liked the location because it is in a quiet neibourhood and not in the center and allows you to relax after hectic days of touring the city.

He waited for me to arrive as it was midnight before I got there. The breakfast was wonderful; so many choices and beautifully displayed and all the food was so fresh.

This apartment is newly renovated! designed beautifully, spacious, comfortable with all the amenities to make for a great vacation! we found great coffee shops and restaurants nearby and it is a short Uber ride to all the attractions in Lisbon. the park opposite the building is beautiful with Peacocks and roasters roaming - a great place for a walk.

We booked our last 3 in the Felix 10 and we left Lisbon with such a good feeling and we can’t wait to come back there again. The room was amazing, amazing views and terrace. The breakfast was so rich and tasty but the main amazing thing was the stuff - WOW. They helped us and was so kind and did everything with a warm smile. Thank you everyone for the great experience.
