From the friendly staff at the reception, room, atmosphere in the restaurant to their offer to organise company to wait for me at the airport. Beautiful breakfast, clean rooms,comfortable beds..etc I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back.

Hotel Crystal is situated in an exclusive residential area in central Belgrade close to the St. Sava Temple. It offers luxuriously equipped accommodation with free broadband and free Wi-Fi. The hotel was very clean and the stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They prepare us food bags for the road, which my kids loved it. The hotel stuff deserves mark more then 10.

Everything was amazing, from the polite and kind receptionist, the clean room, the amenities, the breakfast, and the location!! everything was value for money !! Our dogs also loved their accommodation! pet friendly hotelb❤️ woof!! Definitely we will come back to Serbia to stay in this wonderful hotel! Highly recommended!! Set in Belgrade, Mark Hotel is a 15-minute walk from Trg Republike and St. Sava Temple. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. I arrived very early and I was immediately offered coffee for free. I could also sit in the cafe and use my laptop until my room was ready. I also got breakfast (with no charge)- that was the warmest welcome I have ever experienced! The rooms are very clean, properly equipped ( mini bar, safe, cosmetics etc.) and the location- simply could not be better. I will definitely come back!
