The food in the restaurant was very good and room service was also great. Santosa has a very relaxed island vibe and is great for a beach and outdoor holiday.

Love the room. And the staff was super nice. So before traveling, I dm-ed them a few question regarding the luggage room as we were going to spend the day at USS. We were wondering if they have that services as we went there during our check out date. They were glad give it for free and even offer us to use the pool bathroom to clean up after we're done having fun at USS. The bathroom was super duper comfortable! Hope to be there again soon

The staff were good and dealt with my complaint very well (see below). The room was clean and the quality of the finishings and furnishings is high.

Sedan gratis shuttle bus till köpcenter på fastlandssidan var över förväntan faktiskt. Bra WiFi med stor täckning och bra hastighet.
