Excellent 2 nights stay at this boutique property. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The family room we stayed at had a balcony and a nice bathroom with shower and tub area. The breakfast was a mix of western and traditional food and the property is in a very central location. But overall, we loved the way the office staff went out of the way for making us feel comfortable.

I was absolutely blown away with the service from the staff and even the recommendations provided to us. There was not one recommendation provided that didn't exceed our expectations. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. I cannot stop talking about the staff, they were so welcoming and very beautiful people. The definitely made our first trip to Thailand enjoyable and memorable.

Located in Chiang Mai, 200 metres from Chang Puak Gate, Coucou Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The staff was amazing. Extremely gentle and nice. They helped us all the way for all our reservations, taxis and they gave us very good recommendations about all the good things to do in Chiang Mai ( Thai boxing, temples, restaurants). We had a great time and they really helped us to make the best out of it.
