The location is in one of the older suburbs of Istanbul, which may not be the fanciest, but the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from a train station, making it very convenient for traveling around. Our room was on the smaller side and didn't have a balcony, only a window, but it was very clean.

I booked this stay in the EYFEL HOTEL for my mother after reading several positive feedbacks and reports online. The hotel itself as well as its location have been unbelievably comfortable during my mother's trip in Istanbul. The hotel itself is very clean and the personel has been always friendly and very helpful for every need. Special thanks goes especially to colleagues from the staff (Mr. Emrah, Mr. Enes and Mr. Mehmet) who have been very kind, friendly and helpful at any point in time of her stay. Further I want to thank , Mrs. Ziyade hanim who has been responsible for the extraordinary hygienic and clean hotel environment. At any time she was there for my mother and asked for her well-being constantly. All in all, price/service ratio in this hotel cannot be compared to other hotels in the area since EYFEL Hotel is in its own special class. Many thanks again for all the staff of the hotel - we look forward to a future stay in EYFEL HOTEL. This is our address for the future for sure!
