The hotel was always so busy and in all honesty we observed a lot of rude people from overseas who were quite disrespectful to the staff (particularly to the lovely staff at breakfast) and they were all amazing at showing self control and patience. We thought every staff member we came across had excellent customer service. We would happily stay there again.
