Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. We had a basic room which felt spacious. Lovely staff and the bar in the evenings was very atmospheric.

Offering a complimentary breakfast, Hyatt House New York/Chelsea is 644 metres from the Empire State Building. The room had excellent amenities and the staff was super nice. That was the most important aspect of my stay. Also, the breakfast had a great variety of food.

The position was perfect. The room not large but perfect for the standard of NY and it was very clean. Very recommended.
