It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

Car parked within 2 minutes of our arrival. Location - Couldnt be better.

Wallace at the egg station, Anna K and the entire team in the Langham Club made us feel so welcome.

This is just what everyone is looking for - a hotel with amazing service, great hospitality, stunning interior and even better views, perfect location and immaculate vibe. Literally fell in love with this hotel within seconds and would go back to NYC just to stay there again! Also, Tasha was an absolute angel, thank you for everything!
