The bathroom had an intelligent toilet, like the ones in Japan. The bedroom had a comfortable bed and sofa and a good tv. The best part was the t-rex that welcomes you to the property hahahah. The staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we are in nyc again.

My breakfast was great. Every morning i had it at the hotel, also my stay was great. l loves the roof top bars the maid was friendly and kind, i will come back again. I also love the music. That play in the hotel.

We were very tired as Our flight got canceled that day early in the morning so we had to get back to the city! Ideally situated in the Hell's Kitchen district of New York, Staypineapple, An Artful Hotel, Midtown New York is situated 600 metres from Madison Square Garden, 1.1 km from Times Square and 1.2 km... The location was excellent. The room was quiet. Loved the big comfy bed. All the attention to detail with the theme was very well done. Staff were super helpful especially Louis!

We arrived at the hotel around 9am and we asked for an early check in because we were all tired from the overnight flight. The person on the front desk (so sorry I forgot his name either though he told me) we so kind and allowed us to check into the room early. We were so thankful for this kind gesture and we understand it’s not always easy to accomodate early check ins
