The hotel was rated "superb" on Booking.com. It did not disappoint. The location is amazing - right across the street from Ferarra's pastry shop in Little Italy! Next to Chinatown, Soho, West Village. It was a perfect location for me. The hotel was quiet, clean and modern. It was superb. I will definitely book again.

The personnel at the Hotel has been very helpful for me , honest and fair. I set up a pick up at the hotel and sent them via UPS. They have been the proof that in this world,fair people still exist.
