We've been to NY a couple of times and this was by far the best accommodation experience we had. The Broome Hotel is a nice and cozy hotel near Soho with a lot of personality. The rooms are very well designed with all the amenities (and more) you might need. The interior garden makes the place iconic, and the breakfast helps you to get up in the morning as you can smell the recently baked croissants and fresh coffee. The best part was this: the staff. We left an item in another hotel in Niagra Falls and they helped us retrieve it. When I say 'help' I mean that they received the object for us, waited patiently for us to arrange the pick up of the object from Spain (weeks!!!), and were always able for us when encountering several problems with the delivery company. It was a pleasure to deal with them and feel that our situation mattered to them. I want to publicly thank you for your work and support.
