La famiglia che gestisce il motel è deliziosa. La figlia insegna inglese e lo parla benissimo, i genitori con Google translate e la loro naturale gentilezza fanno di tutto per cercare di aiutarti e fart sentire a tuo agio. Ci hanno preparato un ottimo caffè ed offerto tea e biscotti. La stanza essenziale con arredamento moderno e nuovo, pulitissima! Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Consigliatissimo

The crew worked hard creating a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. The outings were really great, especially kayaking. Everything felt a bit rushed.

Had a wonderful time with the crew who were informative and fantastic. There was a lot of delicious, and the meals were very filling. One of the crew members was an exceptional karaoke singer who was very enthusiastic.

Pin khi was delightful and hard working. The room and shower was great. The view from the harbour is beautiful. You can hire electric bikes and the location for the ferry and cruises was perfect. The place looks new and well cared for. We had to go to the village to find a pharmacy and Pinkhi offered free use of the bikes. She was so kind and helpful. Did not speak very good English but used Google translate to communicate so she helped with everything we needed. A memorable experience in Halong Bay.

Facing the beachfront, Mila Cruises offers 4-star accommodation in Ha Long and features a fitness centre, terrace and restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and organized. We really felt taken care of during the trip (we had a 2day 1night stay on board). Even though the activities schedule can feel a little bit hurried, this is OK and to be expected if you are not staying for longer. We really enjoyed the small hikings, swimming and kayaking excursions we were taken out to, but the best part was definately on board the boat and our suite on the front of the boat with the best view from our balcony. The food during pur stay was really good, the chef on board was excellent!

Facing the beachfront, Grand Pioneers Halong Bay Cruise 1 - former Essence Grand Halong Bay Cruise 1 offers 5-star accommodation in Ha Long and features a shared lounge, terrace and bar. Fabulous cruise and well worth the money. This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.
