A equipe é bastante gentil sempre. O quarto estava bem organizado e foram super solícitos ao nos levar de carrinho até o local de embarque.

Cánh Buồm Homestay - Tuần Châu localiza-se em Ha Long, a 13 minutos a pé de Tuan Chau Beach, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um bar. Pin khi was delightful and hard working. The room and shower was great. The view from the harbour is beautiful. You can hire electric bikes and the location for the ferry and cruises was perfect. The place looks new and well cared for. We had to go to the village to find a pharmacy and Pinkhi offered free use of the bikes. She was so kind and helpful. Did not speak very good English but used Google translate to communicate so she helped with everything we needed. A memorable experience in Halong Bay.

We really felt taken care of during the trip (we had a 2day 1night stay on board). Even though the activities schedule can feel a little bit hurried, this is OK and to be expected if you are not staying for longer. We really enjoyed the small hikings, swimming and kayaking excursions we were taken out to, but the best part was definately on board the boat and our suite on the front of the boat with the best view from our balcony. The food during pur stay was really good, the chef on board was excellent!

Fabulous cruise and well worth the money. This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.

Le Journey Calypso Pool Cruise Ha Long Bay apresenta uma piscina exterior, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Ha Long. Nosso guia de cruzeiro Tom foi absolutamente fantástico. Ele trouxe muita diversão à experiência e foi um ótimo comunicador. O passeio de caiaque na baía perto da fazenda de pérolas é uma excelente oportunidade para nadar - ainda melhor que na praia e perfeito para se refrescar após a caminhada na caverna. Não se esqueça de levar dinheiro caso queira comprar alguma coisa na caverna ou na praia, pois só aceitam dinheiro. Além disso, certifique-se de levar um pouco de água engarrafada para o cruzeiro. Nós nos deliciamos com um delicioso chá gelado Long Island durante o happy hour! O karaokê e a pesca de lula também foram destaques definitivos da viagem.
