We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.

Great location to the old quarter, with a lot less of the traffic (though still busy). Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was amazing.
