Idéalement situé à Hanoï, le Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel & Spa propose des chambres climatisées, un service de prêt de vélos, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une terrasse. We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

Idéalement situé à Hanoï, le Cosy Inn Hanoi propose un hébergement 3 étoiles à proximité de la porte de la vieille ville et du lac Hoan Kiem. There are so many things that I loved about this place. They are so kind, caring and courteous and go above and beyond to take care of their guests. They gave us an orientation to the city and nearby restaurants, they held our luggage when we were gone for a few days on tours, they showed us how to order a Grab bike. We loved their welcoming attitudes! We also enjoyed the hotel's unique decor. I believe this is the culture of Vietnam in general and it was quite amazing to experience it. The rooms were great and amazing value for the money. The breakfast buffet is yummy and expansive. The location is quite fabulous and you cannot go wrong with the area. I was very close to all of the major areas including the lake, train street and beer street. Also, I love that the staff booked a last minute trip to Ninh Binh for me the day before without any issues. Special thank you to John,Tracy, Rose and everyone else for their service (my apologies for forgetting your names). Anytime I'm back in Hanoi, I'll always make sure the The Cosy Inn at the top of my best.
