The glamping tent is away from the main house so it is quiet. The guest can make noise but it will not affect other people. The owner built the deck and the tent by himself. He also built the restroom, shower room and a kitchen. The customized counter top is very beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The owner also prepared beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling tools. It is better to rent it for more nights so the hotel fee can be averaged down. This glamping tent is close to the south point, the black beach and the green beach. It is 50 miles from Costco in Kona. I look forward to living there again.

This tent features a balcony, toaster and microwave. Permit number BBMP 2016/0003 Hale Kiana is a shared space in a home with a balcony, set in Kula. The unit is 18 km from Haleakala National Park. We loved Ha'le Kiana! We regret not booking more days there. The location was perfect for trekking up Haleakala for sunrise and exploring upcountry. The views of Maui and the stars at night from the decks were AMAZING!

The accomodation is almost at the end of the road that takes to the Waipio Valley lookout. It's very quiet and has a very nice garden. The room was clean and comfy, same for the bathroom. Our host gave us a very appreciated welcome and some useful information for dinner and about the Waipio Valley. Great value for money.
