The owner could not have been more helpful and kindly directed me to the nearby Piccolo Bar for food (superb food!). We stayed at Nikol for 2 nights. Excellent location, max 15 mins from central station tram + walk. The mini zoo nearby is fantastic. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, although there is not much to do there. But the centre is pretty close. The room is totally okay for its price. Silva is really helpful.
