I stayed on the top floor apartment. The apartment was huge and had everything that I needed for my one night stay. The views of Brno from this apartment were a real bonus for me. The owner could not have been more helpful and kindly directed me to the nearby Piccolo Bar for food (superb food!). This apartment more than met my requirements and delivered a perfect night's rest.

It was very quiet, close to a nice park and the University. The gentleman was kind to allow me in earlier than the indicated check in time and explained everything thoroughly. The little shared kitchen was a nice addition.

We stayed at Nikol for 2 nights. Excellent location, max 15 mins from central station tram + walk. The mini zoo nearby is fantastic. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, although there is not much to do there. But the centre is pretty close. The room is totally okay for its price. Silva is really helpful. I'll definitely book again.

The room was pretty clean and modern and the location is nice (around 20 minutes away by foot from the city center). The check-in is remote, so that was amazing.

Everything was great, including the room itself, bathrooms and shared kitchen. Very easy check-in and check - out, super nice staff that both allowed us into the room a bit earlier and allowed to use the hotel facilities after our check-out. The room is booth stylish and comfortable. Would totally come back and recommend this place.
