Being able to check in early. The friendliness and welcoming of the person at the reception. My son had forgotten a couple of items in the room. The guy from the hotel rang us and came as far as our parked car to hand us back our belonging. Thank you so much.

The location is 20 minutes walk from the main cinemas, as we were there for the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Our pension was nest to university accommodation which made it a very safe place. Plenty of restaurants & bars close by.

Outstanding hotel. Perfect example of a supposed two-star hotel that was better functionally than some five-stars I’ve stayed in. Perfectly fitted out bedroom - not huge but well designed with a six-foot bed. Things that some hotels get wrong were great here like lighting, shower. Great location a street away from the sea and just between the old and new towns. Perfect for both. Great restaurant below for breakfast - also good organic supermarket. Good coffee maker available 24 hours.

The location is extremely convenient. I found the room clean, cobfortable and quiet. I had a very good night sleep. I appreciated the self check in option, as I arrived late in the evening. The closeness to the public car park and the reduced rate available to me as a guest of the Pension was also a plus. Ruth, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I would gladly come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The room is clean, comfy and has good space for two. It has a great location eight at the beginning of the old quarter and staff is nice. No complaints, would recommend.

Located in a very good, quiet and safe part of the city in a modern apartment building, with good access to street parking. Close walk to the beach and bay. Staff/owner very polite and helpful, always willing to provide information. Very nice service. The room was very clean, with southern windows overlooking the green inner square.
