The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming (very helpful as well if you need recommandations on what to do, where to eat, etc) and the room was beautiful with an amazing view and every equipment you could wish for. The breakfast was excellent as well with a variety choices. The city center and the beach are 10mn away but the area is otherwise very calm and peaceful. Forgot to mention that it was perfectly clean as well ! We had an amazing time and i would recommand the place to anyone staying in St Ives !

We stayed four nights and loved absolutely everything about it. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture and details were special and beautiful. The view was amazing and we loved sitting in front of the windows to enjoy it. The breakfast was fresh and prepared to our liking.

We enjoyed staying at Thurlestone House very much indeed for the 10 nights we were there. John and Linda could not have made us more welcome and were a fountain of knowledge both on the local area and wider Cornwall so were always willing to help with travel advice and where to go and what to see. The room was very comfortable, quiet and a nice size for the two of us. Breakfasts were very good indeed with a wide choice and always served with a smile. We would have no hesitation in staying at Thurlestone House again when next in the St Ives area.
