Amazing new apartment, clean and comfortable and The owner Eleni is a great host! We loved our stay, the apartment was spacious. Place was the perfect base for exploring Rovinj, towns of Istria and beaches. The Polari beach which is only a few minutes walk is beautiful. We definitely recommend.

Great central location which made walking around old town easy. Despite the proximity we had no issues with noise from the street below. Our host communicated well and check in was easy. If we ever find ourselves back in Rovinj i would happily stay here again.

The room was clean and fragrant. About 7 km away from Rovinj, so you need a car. The room has a nice balcony.

We loved everything about this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. As our bus from Pula arrived around 1:00 p.m., we were able to get an early (self) check-in as the apartment was available. Note that it's on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. For us, not a problem, but for people with mobility challenges it could be an issue. Communication with the host was excellent - quick and accurate. The apartment is centrally located but on a quiet street - right in the old city just a one minute walk from the port. There are many restaurants, a few grocery stores and a lot of other shopping nearby.

The location is excellent, with all essential stores conveniently nearby. The property boasts a spacious parking area. The host, an amazing woman, warmly welcomed me with kindness and gave me a tour of both the apartment and the building. The kitchen is shared with only one other room, and it comes comes equipped with its own set of dishes, glasses, and plates. There's also a beautiful terrace that you can enjoy both during the day and at night.

Host are very friendly and responsive, (had nice chat few times with the owner - perfect English). Apartment has very good quality, parking at the property, WIFI -very good receipt. Location suited my needs - close to town center (very calm - no disturbing noises) beaches close as well - I had bike so no problem to reach any point of interests. Bakers 3 mins walk; couple of supermarkets 5 -10 mins walk. Excellent first stay in Croatia , well recommended.

Our host, Darije was extremely helpful in providing information before and during our stay, including directions for parking and the room itself. He was very welcoming, accommodating and accessible as well as being very personable. The room was clean, stylish, well-equipped and very conveniently located. We also appreciated and made use of the coffee provided in the lobby.
