Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

The host was really nice, helpful and friendly. We had self check in, but we found the location very easy. The host gave us a video with how we enter, but also called us when we arrived. We left our luggage at the property after checking out. The location is 5 mins from the city center, 5 mins from the bologna train ststion, the best location. The room is modern furnished, good wifi and smart tv with netflix, large room

Both the room and the bathroom were comfortable and very clean. Good mattress and pillows. A Nespresso machine in the room with the variety of capsules to choose and also some teabags. Two bottles of water. We were a bit late beating through traffic on the way from Milano but the hostess Adriana kindly waited for us without any annoyance as we texted her on the delay. Adriana is a very friendly caring lady of a smile and a fount of information on the places to go in Bologna and around the city. The location is less than half an hour by foot from the historic centre or the railway station but one can also use public transportation, of course.

Really clean apartment, and fully equipped as described. A good variety of breakfast/snack options for breakfast. The location is very convenient. There is direct access to the bus station that is right under the apartment. The bus drives you to the city center in 15 minutes. Extra credit for our hostess Annalia, who was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Giovanni was a great host, so kind and helpful. Everything we could need was considered. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, the location was very central ve convenient, walking distance to central train station. Giovanni gave us very useful tips about the city and made our stay way better than we expected. Definitely recommended.

Everything was great, very clean, everything needed in the room (even robes), plenty of towels; located in the old town in a beautiful old building, but the Appartments are very fresh, stylish and renovated, close to everything; comfortable bed, air conditioner, some snacks, water and coffee in the room as well;

We liked everything.The location was 15 -20 from Towers,and Piazza del Nettuno, by walking. When you are rhere use wats ap for communication with Marija,she is wonderful.The room was clean and comfortable.I am only sorry that we had different agenda and didn't go to the restorant.I recommend and for second visit 🙂🙂

Perfect accommodation. This was an amazing experience, the owner was incredibly nice and helpful and the room was beautiful and clean. The shared kitchen area consisted of anything you would need, plus there were some nice touches such as sweets, coffee and fruit. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was right in the center and walkable distance from everything. Would highly recommend.
