very clean mini penthouse style with direct room elevator access. great location. greeting fruits and coffee at the reception and lets not forget, the beach at our feet. slept with the window open, fresh brise with the sound of the waves. la vita bella 🙂. thank you Petra. I recommend this place

The location is good. Very central on the Lido. There is a supermarket nearby. If you need something, you can get it there. Mrs. Vanelli is very kind. She takes wonderful care of her guests.

You won't find anything better comparing the price-to-value and location (5 min. walking to the free public beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and more). It was always great to come back after a full day of sightseeing in crowded Venice to the tranquil and green Lido island (it takes 10-15 min with Vaporetto). The hosts (Paulo and Ute) are wonderful and as guests, we've felt really welcomed. We do recommend the boat trip they have on offer if you want to see and hear Venice's more and less known.

It is with great pleasure that I give the excellent assessment of my stay at the hotel. The location, the building, the rooms, the furniture, the comfort of the mattresses and pillows, all this exceeded my previous expectations. Warm, cozy, clean. Our welcome, despite our delay, was perfect. Hospitality and a desire to feel good. I also recommend the food at the Cucina restaurant, which is in the immediate vicinity. On-site pizzas, rice with vegetables - amazing.

The location was good, it was only a few minutes away from the main station in Lido and about 30 minutes total (via ACTV public transportation) away from St Marks Square (depending on the route and time of day)

She went above and beyond to assist us, even taking the time to explain details like the garbage collection system and writing a note in Italian for the collectors on our behalf. Marcia's dedication to our comfort was evident when she personally greeted us at the stop late at night upon our arrival. Her accessibility and willingness to help extended beyond the accommodations, as she provided valuable recommendations for shopping and dining options. During a shopping trip at the coop, Marcia unexpectedly appeared and assisted us in finding specific items, demonstrating her resourcefulness and local knowledge. Her warm and attentive nature made us feel like part of her family. The location of the place was ideal, being impeccably clean and conveniently situated near key attractions such as St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. Additionally, essential amenities like the grocery store and park were just a short walk away, with easy access to the water bus stop. Our experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend booking a stay at Marcia's place for a memorable and enjoyable visit.
