The owner was very nice and accomodating. We arrived early and saw we were tired and got the room ready quickly and didnt charge us. He was also super clean and professional. Luca was the best! He provided us with a lot of very useful, time saving (and money saving) information, including his own map for Venice, which we used extensively. The location was perfect, since you can easily get to Venice via public transportation (bus / tram) in 20 minutes and it was right in the middle of Mestre, with lots of restaurants and cafes around. The room we stayed in was excellent, large with a comfy bed and a nice shower and the garden itself is beautiful. The breakfast Luca made for us was excellent as well.
