Barrio residencial con encanto. Acceso autónomo a tu aire con código tanto el check-in como al salir. Ducha grande, toallas y productos de aseo. WiFi y tele perfecto.

Everything :) The room and the bathroom were spacious, new and perfectly clean. The host was always available and gave us a lot of tips that helped us enjoy our stay as much as possible.

The location was near the beach, which was all we were looking for. The owner also arranged for the double bed to be made into two singles for my daughter and I,at the last minute.

The Owner was friendly, he spoke Italian, English not very well, but the communication goes in an efficient way, without any problems. The room was clean and big enough for two persons with perfect Air Conditioning, and a big green point is tath the room was equipped with a fridge. The breakfast was sweet and the cappuccino was incredibly good. The beach is near.

Everything was easy… lovely breakfast (across the road) a great way to start the day, easily accessible and efficient transport to Venice and to the Port of Chioggia, lots to see exploring the locality, host very helpful.

Very modern and clean apartment. Walk to the beach 5 min and to the old town of Chioggia around 10 to 15 min. Christina is a great host, she gave us a lot of advices for restaurants. Communication was very easy. Thank you

We liked that it was in the historical part of Chioggia and close to the main sights. Cristina was a lovely host and a true artist! Her photos and poems were delightful. It was fascinating to discover that the building is from the 1600s even though it is newly refurbished.
