It was really great, our room was upgraded to a suite. Also, Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy options as well. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels changed.

Amazing location and beautiful and spacious apartment. Definitely get the apartment! It’s right on the Grand Canal. Breakfast is also delicious and very convenient.

Excellent location, close to the train station and bus stop to the airport, 20 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco. The manager was very helpful and friendly, he gave us good tips. Breakfast with assorted options of bread, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was perfect, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza San Silvestro! Literally steps away from the grand canal and Rialto bridge at a great price. We so appreciated Lucia reaching out ahead of time to make sure we had a smooth arrival, and sharing restaurant and transit recommendations. Our room was spacious, tidy, and very comfortable. We felt well taken care of while we were there. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Venice.

The location was a bit hard to get to but very close by public transport. It was a bit secluded which is really cool but close to a ton of restaraunts!

Luca was a very helpful and great host! The room was spacious with an amazing view to the canal as well as a view towards the cafe. We had an AC which was working perfectly. Very convenient location, closed to every sightseeing on foot and by vaporetto! We appreciated a lot the map and the sweets which were left for us in the room! We will definetly visit again!
