We loved the staff, they were friendly, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. They also spoke English very well, which is not common in Huaraz, so that made this stay a lot easier for us because we are not strong Spanish speakers. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The location was quiet so we were able to sleep well. Hot water was available (the labels were incorrect but there was hot water nonetheless). We had good phone signal/reception and wifi was available. The hotel staff also booked our tours for us which helped make our trip smooth and easy. They also offered to make us breakfast for a small fee since we had to be up really early for our tours. This was such a pleasant stay, I highly recommend.

He came to pick us up from the bus station at 5am, made us a continental breakfast every morning (or the evening before in case we had an early start the next day) and he allowed us to check out late for no extra charge. This is a great family run hostel. They were very helpful throughout our stay. They booked tours to Laguna 69, Pastoruri Glacier and Laguna Paron for 50 soles per person. On our last day, they done our laundry for a reasonable price and had it ready before we left for our night time bus. They even let us store our luggage in our room after check out since nobody had booked it for that night. Overall we loved our time in Huaraz and the hostel made life much easier for us by providing a comfortable base and organizing our day trips. We would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Huaraz!

It was a very good hostel. The breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness and service were excellent. The host Ronald and his family are kind and helpful whenever you need anything. There are shops nearby, so it's not inconvenient at all. Staying at this hostel made me fall in love with Huaraz. I would like to return to this place and recommend it to others as well.
