The owners are very nice! They arranged everything for us during our stay (good price), including tours, earlier breakfast etc. Also had a (very) early check in after a night bus. Location directly in the city center with the street market in the same street, but no noise. Hotel is just perfect to stay in Huaraz.

We loved the staff, they were friendly, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. They also spoke English very well, which is not common in Huaraz, so that made this stay a lot easier for us because we are not strong Spanish speakers. The rooms and the bathroom were clean. The location was quiet so we were able to sleep well. Hot water was available (the labels were incorrect but there was hot water nonetheless). We had good phone signal/reception and wifi was available. The hotel staff also booked our tours for us which helped make our trip smooth and easy. They also offered to make us breakfast for a small fee since we had to be up really early for our tours. This was such a pleasant stay, I highly recommend.

The host was absolutely fantastic! He came to pick us up from the bus station at 5am, made us a continental breakfast every morning (or the evening before in case we had an early start the next day) and he allowed us to check out late for no extra charge. When we got food poisoning he also came to bring us more toilet paper, made tea for us and brought us some take out chicken soup! The sweetest man we've met for sure!

Norma was a great host. The house was extremely clean, which was very nice. Norma also provided our trekking to Laguna 69 which was super nice. The price/quality expectations were beyond met. It is a nice, quiet residency from where you can go on trips/trekkings well-rested.

The hostel is run by a family and they were very nice and helpful. They arrange a lot of tours we can join, and I could borrow some gears I was missing (groves and sunglasses). The hostel was clean and comfortable too.
