It was a pleasure to stay in Otorongo Guest House. It was like a big family of locals and travellers, you have privacy in your room but you always find someone to talk with in the garden or in the living room. Nice breakfast, Gabi, the owner is a cool and helpful lady. :) The whole house feels like home. Beautiful memory for me, I hope I will return there one day. It's better to stay in the suburb of Iquitos, because the downtown is very noisy in the night.

The ambient of the place is just absolutely wonderful. The place was always clean with all the necessities provided. It is located very close to the city's main square and at the same time it offers fabulous views on the river and the city from a terrace. What makes the place extra special is a personalized and very attentive approach from the staff, always ready to help with anything or just for a nice chat, super flexible and really dedicated to make your stay as great as possible. Thanks a lot Chip!

The owner was the best let us check in early and check out late and was so helpful and friendly. As for the accomadation was amazing value. Air con, comfy clean beds, working en suite. Had everything you need for the price I was very relaxed and content. 100% reccomend

The host was very accommodating and very helpful all throughout our stay. He made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Very hospitable and we had very good conversations as well, almost like we were staying with a friend. Would go back here again if I was back in Iquitos. Convenient location and close to the airport.

The family that run the hostel are extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Carlos. I stayed in a private room with double bed which was excellent value, really comfortable bed and en-suite

I came from 5 days jungle and this was the perfect place to relax. Bed was so comfy, the shower was fantastic, it was quiet and clean... I needed that and I got that there. Also got great and helpful tips from the staff, very nice!
