Douglas House is just steps from all the great shops on Duval Street. Despite being so close to all the action, it was very quiet and tranquil. Douglas House has a zen-like courtyard with a swimming pool and lovely landscaping. My apartment was spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchenette. There was a designated parking lot for guests at no extra charge just a short distance away. The reception staff were professional and courteous especially Matt. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.

Amazing historic location in the middle of the old town. Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

The continental breakfast was excellent and loved being able to eat outside in the beautiful yard space. The location was within an easy walk to the main tourist areas and was very safe. Our room had everything we needed and we loved being able to sit in the two chairs outside the door.

It is not possible to find a nicer atmosphere anywhere. The staff and managers are extremely attentive and nice. Arriving feels like coming home - even if it was our first time. We spent all day at the pool and enjoyed the happy hour and company of other nice guests. The rooms are very clean and gives a feeling of luxury. The place is perfect for couples, groups and individual travellers. Absolutely fabulous!
