Where to start? Stayed in the Presidential Suite which was perfect. Large comfy bed, kitchen, big shower, private spa pool on the balcony over looking the valley. There seriously is nothing more you could wish for in a place to stay. Staff and owners were welcoming and friendly. In terms of overcoming water and electricity shortages there is nothing they haven't done to manage. Water tanks and battery power supplies mean everything operates in business as usual.

The accommodation offered a variety of dry cereals, rusks, coffee, cappuccino, fresh milk, yogurt and even canned cool drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruits as well. It also had a coffee machine! I have been to many 5 star hotels and b&b, i would say the attention to detail, comfort, lighting and cleanliness is of that standard. The bathroom had a variety of shampoos and body washes.. clean towels We were also given new bottles of Detol, Sanitizer, mouth wash, ear buds, lotion and plasters (which we needed but did not pack). Various outlets to plug in phones and it also had USB ports at the night stand for those of us that usually forget a two pin plug. You can confidently go this guest house and find that everything you may need is already there. The host was extremely accommodating he communicated with me throughout our stay and even suggested areas nearby to eat. If i ever visit Krugersdorp again, this is the only place i will stay at.

We absolutely loved Fleur de Lis! Out of all the guesthouses in this area we have been too, this one is by far the best. Hester and Maria makes you feel so welcome and at home. The room is very luxurious and has everything you need for a night away. Breakfast was out of the ordinary and a pleasant surprise. Would definitely be returning in the future.

An extra-mile by host in customer service ie, constant checking on our travelling well before our arrival and provision of WiFi credentials well before hand. The warm and welcoming gesture by the host, the cosy house presentation, very secure car parking. The inclusion of amenities beyond expectation for self-catering facility, ie, break fast, toiletry and drinks.
