The location and setting of the Kookuburra Cottage was superb as we overlooked the pond and could watch all the birds - amazing view. Nice and handy to Maleny which was worth a visit in itself. Our hosts supplied us with a marvellous hamper which basically fed us for the two days we were there. The cottage was very spacious and well appointed. We literally wanted for nothing. Our accommodation far exceeded our expectation.

Deanna is the kindest, most caring, thoughtful and considerate host. the guesthouse had countless thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special - bath robes, toiletries, little chocolates, and she even lent us the most delicious balsamic vinegar. the grounds are beautiful, the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the pool is wonderful. we couldn’t fault a thing.

A beautiful rural lakeside cottage only 5 minutes from Maleny. Denise was an excellent host and does her craft very, very well. The newly renovated studio cottage was fitted out perfectly with everything needed for a short stay and then some. We got to see several platypus in the lake only metres from the front door. It's a quiet serene location with all the comforts of home, plenty of hot water and a decent size bathroom equipped with Sheridan towels, quality toiletries and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows etc.

Bielby's Hideaway, is a studio style guest house. The property has plenty of places to relax with a book or picnic under a shady tree whilst enjoying the tranquillity. There is also a BBQ area. Very practical and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. It was great to have access to a grill and a fire pit in the garden and the sheep were very cute. Perfect getaway!

Offering free WiFi and free parking, Bridle Guesthouse is located in Maleny. All accommodation offers a patio and a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen. Even we did not meet the host, she was in contact via SMS and made our stay so easy and comfortable - thank you! Situated off the main road to Maleny, yet hidden from view/traffic noise - a fabulous farm/guesthouse with views of rolling hills and horse paddocks. So serene with multiple places to sit and gaze... A nicely-appointed large room with king bed and comfortable mattress, a generous breakfast basket (a small kitchenette wall and dining table both indoors and outdoors); a huge beautifully appointed modern bathroom with shower. Just a few minutes' drive to Maleny main street with ample shops and restaurants - yet the perfect retreat.
