The location is so gorgeous—views from the terraces, the lovely interior courtyards (especially in the evenings), the beautiful flowers, the interesting chapel. Unlike what some others have said, I also found the staff universally polite and friendly because I learned basic Portuguese before coming to their country. Breakfast was varied—not particularly delicious but it had a lot of hot and cold choices. Rooms were quite basic but this seemed appropriate to a historic convent—and the AC was appreciated for sleeping!

Right on the white sands of Carneiros beach, this guest house offers air-conditioned rooms, chalets and bungalows. Buffet breakfast and a tour desk are available. Amazing property! The beach is so nice and the hotel provides all the infrastructure.

Pousada Flor de Maraca offers private and shared non-smoking accommodation only 200 metres from Porto de Galinhas’ Maracaípe Beach. There are lounge areas, a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi. What an amazing place to stay! The staff was extremely welcoming and always friendly! The breakfast was absolutely superb and the restaurants around the pousada were quite great, too. Very well-located place at a peaceful beach! Highly recommend!

Located beachfront in Porto de Galinhas, 2 km from the city centre, this guest house offers rooms with private balconies with sea views. I can not say enough of how much we liked this pousada. We were satisfied with everything. We originally were supposed to stay 1 week and then travel to Pipa and Maragogi for 2 weeks. We decided to cancel our stay in Pipa/Maragogi and prolonged our stay in Pousada Ecoporto since it was so wonderful.

The property has been really well designed by the owner who’s an architect. It is no surprise that you will see aesthetic and practical features throughout. Joana, who is also the owner and host was wonderfully welcoming and helpful replying even late at night. The delightful lady who made us breakfast was so kind and accommodating.
