Offering a terrace and inner courtyard view, Pirca Hostal is situated in San Pedro de Atacama, 28 km from Termas de Puritama and 700 metres from San Pedro Church. Amazing and relaxing stay in Atacama. Everything was super clean and we had a shared bathroom, but no problem at all since everything was organized and clean. Also the shared kitchen is a plus. No breakfast included but almost all the tours you are most likely to do offer food. The outdoor space is super beautiful with tables outside to seat and relax. The host family is lovely and super helpfull. Would return for sure!

Hostal Belen, a property with a terrace, is set in San Pedro de Atacama, 8 km from Piedra del Coyote, 28 km from Termas de Puritama, as well as 1.1 km from San Pedro Church. We had an amazing experience staying for 4 nights at Hostal Belen. The owner Mayelin and her staff are all incredibly lovely people who do everything to make their guests feel welcome. We spent hours together just talking about different things. The rooms are exceptionally large and comfortable and the breakfast is really nourishing. Mayelin also prepared us snack boxes for days We could not have the breakfast at the hotel due to super early excursions. Cannot recommend highly enough!

A lovely setup with lots of friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. A great place to meet people if you are solo travelling as the common areas are very cosy and there are usually organised activities or shared meals each evening. I will never forget my stay here, the owner has done an excellent job in building this place. Oh, and I almost forgot the most gentle and sweet dog living there, called Pale. Would 100% recommend!

Ximena, the owner is amazing!! From even before me coming in she already helped me with the bus arrangements to get to La Paz. The rooms are clean, spacious, warm, and the fact they have a restaurant with a very reasonable menu (starter, main and small dessert for 6,500 CLP) was a winner! She is also flexible that if you can’t take breakfast she can swap for a main meal for free. It’s only 5 min walk from the bus station and an east walk to Caracoles, the main tourist street. She was even lovely enough to give me a hot drink when I left early for a tour and didn’t get breakfast.

The staff are SO sweet and genuinely care about you. Maribel does everything she can to make you feel welcome. She goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met! I have never stayed at a place where the staff has been so welcoming and kind! The location is quiet, but very close to the busy area as well. I highly recommend this hostal :)
