600 metres from Calangute Beach, Cerca Del Mar is a recently renovated property situated in Calangute and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Location is in a quiet forested area between the beach & main town area, and a short walk to both. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop cafe was nice to relax and eat breakfast. The owner organised an airport taxi for me, and can also organise day trips

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. The magically great place to stay. Everything in interior of this historical premise was made with a big taste and art. The kind and clever owners to relate with too. Therefore I guess its always fully booked. So if you eventually have a chance to book it - don't miss it

Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!
