Definitely a place to stay in! Nandita and her family were very hospitable, helpful, and provided us with tons of good information. Room was cleaned every day and they look corespondent to the pictures. P.s. Awesome Baga Deck restaurant and bar that was just around the corner open 24/7 (recommended by Nandita) and the beach is close

Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store. It was very clean, comfy and cosy. Wi-fi was very good and patio was great for working, chilling. Panaji was also much nicer than we expected. Owner heled us with sim card registration, answeared all our questions, helped us with scooters.

Free WiFi access is available. the cleanest place we've stayed, comfy and nice room. the garden is absolutely wonderful, never seen so many bright plants on one place. location is handy, lots of good places to eat and drink right outside. owners and staff were very friendly and useful. good cat to boot!

The rooms are very tastefully decorated and have a lot of light (especially upstairs!). The owner is extremely nice and helpful, and recommended several really nice places to eat. The location in the old quarter of Goa is also excellent.
