Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Andrea was very helpful. The hotel location was top. Close to central station for trains to cinque terre, there is a shopping street just 200 meters from Real Rooms and marina is just 10 minutes walk. Many restaurants around. Room was silent and very clean. Parking was available. I would definetly stay here again.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. Paola and Albero were very helpful from the moment we booked to even days after our stay! They coordinated so much for our stay which made it very stress free! They are both very knowledgeable about Cinque Terre and provided us with a lot of great information and assistance from parking, trails, and advice for the ticket for train and ferry. We loved the location, right on the marina close to everything. The room was super. We loved our short stay in Scorci d Mare and would happily make this our base hotel for 5Terre again.

It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

It was very clean and comfortable room with warm and gently service. The location was perfect if you want to use trains or buses. The best combination between quality and price.

3L Luxury Rooms asub La Spezias, 1,3 km kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost, 1,7 km kaugusel Tehnilisest Meremuuseumist ja vähem kui 1 km kaugusel Amedeo Lia muuseumist. The host of this accommodation, Matilda, is amazing. She is kind, enthusiastic and gives great advice. We were on our honeymoon and she left us such a sweet surprise. She also gave great tips for restaurants in the area. The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there’s enough space for your suitcase and clothes and the shower has great water pressure. The apartment is close to the train station for visits to cinque terre. We’ve really enjoyed our time here.
