ゲストハウス喜舎場, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Ishigaki Island, 1.7 km from Painuhama Artificial Beach, 2.9 km from Tadahama Beach, as well as 500 metres from Yaeyama Museum. The bed was comfortable, with enough space to put and access my suitcase. The different spaces were nice (I used the tatami room a lot!) The staff was great 😊

Offering a garden and city view, Happy Island Miyako is situated in Miyako Island, 1.9 km from Painagama Beach and 6.2 km from Irabu Bridge. The host and team were very kind. It's a relatively small house in which the guests live together with the host and the staff. It's a family atmosphere between the host, the staff and the guests. We cooked together, made some trips and just went for dinner/drinking. Since I speak only a bit of Japanese there was some language barrier, since the host speaks only japanese. However, some of the guests could speak a bit of English and for the translation apps could be used. Nevertheless I never felt excluded.

Featuring quiet street views, Travelers House おーさんてぃん青空舎 features accommodation with terrace, around 1.2 km from Naarasa Beach. It is located 1.2 km from Kondoi Beach and offers luggage storage space.... The property is located on a quiet (even for Taketomi) corner of the island in the middle of a beautiful garden. The room was cozy and clean. The decorations and details made it feel like “it was from a picture book” to quote my wife. The owner is a very nice lady that helped us feel very welcome on the island and we enjoyed the homemade breakfast in the garden the next morning.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. There was lots of information available in the living room including ferry timetables and restaurant recommendations. The snorkel tour was outstanding. Our hosts were very knowledgeable.

Offering city views, Guesthome Machiya Koza is an accommodation set in Okinawa City, 8.2 km from Nakagusuku Castle and 8.6 km from Katsuren Castle. Room is spacious and comfortable. Near bus stop. Host is helpful and thoughtful, recommended various tourist attractions and local food. Would like to stay again.
