This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Quinta da Menina Guest House ligger i Vila Real, 35 km fra Douro Museum, 46 km fra Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary og 8,6 km fra Mateus-paladset. There is not much to say except that it was exceptional, the host is simply amazing, he has so much energy to share with guests, provides recommendations, bless him! The location was stunning, close drive to many restaurants, you can see the mountains from there. I am staying there again when in the valley. Loved everything, so the only thing I can say that I highly recommend this place.

Zimão Garden House ligger i Vila Real, 30 km fra Natur Waterpark, 31 km fra golfbanen Vidago Palace og 43 km fra Douro Museum. Quiet place with great confort in a fully renovated house. Small details in the decoration made it unique and unforgettable, the host was very helpful and her two cats really made the end of my trip worthwhile.

We loved this place - the views, the history. the spaciousness of our room, the beautiful antiques throughout, and especially our times with Carlos and Paula. We loved the town - so charming and picturesque. This was a highlight of our whole trip.
