Brand New Luxury Rooms near downtown Boston features air-conditioned guest accommodation in Boston, 3.8 km from Boston Museum of Fine Arts, 4.1 km from JFK Presidential Library & Museum and 4.2 km... Location was lovely and well serviced with regular buses no. 15, 41 and 45 to Nubian bus station which is a short bus trip to downtown Boston. It was a lovely quiet residential area with a market store nearby.

Lily's Lodge is situated in West Springfield, 300 metres from Eastern States Exposition Center and 300 metres from The Big E. Guests can enjoy the adjacent restaurant. Great host! Nice and clean home. Christine made us feel at home! Nice fresh muffin on arrival, delicious. We will definitely come back

Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. what an absolute treasure of a place. Each room is gorgeous, there are fridges on the 1st and 3rd floor you can put your own items in, our room was on the 3rd floor so very convenient. Snacks are provided, and the staff are lovely. It’s smack dab in the middle of everything in Salem you could walk to any attraction, shopping or dining. housekeeping was timely? it was very quiet, we loved it!

Easy contact and safe check-in via mail, very friendly with all the necessary information. Loved it!

Featuring an on-site restaurant, this Martha’s Vineyard inn is just 150 metres from Edgartown Harbor and the ferry to Falmouth. WiFi access is provided to guests free of charge. Everything. Well appointed. Lovely property in an area of attractive small stores for shopping, excellent restaurants, access to Chappaquiddick Island and the water and beaches. Manager Helen even served hot chocolate-chip cookies mid-afternoon. Breakfast was simple but interesting with fruit smoothies, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, breads, croissants, granola and yoghurt. Always excellent coffee. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit with comfortable seating. We had a reserved parking spot (although it was an extra charge)

Set on 2 acres of beautifully landscaped English gardens, this Chatham B&B is housed in an historic sea captain’s estate that dates to 1839. A complimentary gourmet breakfast is served each morning. Breakfasts were excellent. Compliments to the chef. Only slight issue was delay from ordering to serving but this is a National problem - shortage of staff.

Set in a converted mill dating from 1870, this unique boutique Inn sits on the banks of the Mill River, 5 miles from downtown Northampton. This inn had such a nice atmosphere. The room was big, very very clean. Lots of little thoughtful touches: a full size soap dispenser with pump, coffee machine with creamer, different teas, a couple of water bottles, lots of places to put and hang your things, lots of electric outlets. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall. Right across the bridge there's a nice tavern that serves cocktails and excellent brick oven pizza. I think it's now my favourite inn in the Amherst area.

This waterfront inn boasts an on-site marina that is filled with boats during the summer season. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and views of the harbor or city. I loved the location. It was a quick trip from the airport. A five minute walk took you to the tourist buses - hop on, and it was easy walking in either direction for exploring
