Place,cabin,cleanliness & above all - Absolutely amazing customer service from reception lady. she was fabulous. I sincerely hope the management knows she is the FACE of the resort & 1st thing guests see when checking in !?! She works hard,has a lot of patience,goes above and beyond for every guest and has best customer service approach with her exceotional communication skills. Smile as well!!
