He always tries to find a solution to anything you might need, and he is very organized and a person with a pure heart. The place is super clean in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need to cook ( I never had seen a kitchen that is so well equipped )it even has an airfrier!! It has a beautiful view outside the window of the room, and many places to sit comfortably and socialize.

The volunteers were amazing! So sweet and helpfull! The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was really clean and the coming area and kichen were good, just was missing some sharp knives. Location was right in the center of the city, but be aware that you will need some car to get around to get to the beautiful nature, the tourist information center can hook you up with drivers, Chales +55 62 9913-4232 is a really good one!

It was especially useful that they were able to give so much information about how to get to various trails, the national park and how and when to enlist a guide. This was invaluable as a solo traveller. The help and patience with my Portuguese pronunciation was also very welcome! It's also in a lovely location, very close to the main street in the town.
