Everything is great about Mangamel. The location, the dorm, the garden, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and, over all : the people. Lu and Lu, Lorenzo, Confia and Aurora, Feddy and the frog. These people are kind, benevolant, inspiring, funny and full of energy. I felt at home. The house is not so big, so you can easily meet the hosts and the other guests. I highly recommend this place. I stayed 10 days and I had a wonderfull time. Thank you ! !

The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast offers vegetarian options. You can book your trips directly at the hostel with the agency "Diamantina Trip" which is amazing! Can totally recommend it!The hostel is located quite near the bus station and the city centre with its restaurants and bars. I loved my stay. One of the best times I've had during my travels through Brazil!

The owner came unexpectedly to pick me up when I arrived with the bus, which was very nice since it was raining a lot. The hostel is clean and comfortable with all the facilities. Nice balcony next to the river.
