The staff were very friendly and helpful, free luggage storage available on site.they also have this great bar on first floor and it has Kareoke on Monday. Small fan and lamp available at each bed, very thoughtful!

The Banff YWCA exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. For me, a luxury hotel is not important as I prefer to be out exploring and just needed a place to lay my head that was budget friendly. The room was very basic but clean and comfy. There’s a full size fridge and microwave for guests to use in lobby, ice machine and Coinamatic laundry facilities. The location is perfect, right beside the river and just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to downtown. Staff was excellent as well.
