This is an excellent facility in central Calgary. Room (we had a private room) was clean, comfortable, safe and airy. Facilities (shared space, kitchen, entertainment) all very good. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and good communal 'help yourself, tidy up after yourself' vibe. But mostly, it was the staff who were extremely, unreasonably and unexpectedly accommodating and helpful when we had an inbound delay and gave helpful advice at check-in and -out. Can't fault it.
