The staff was very friendly and helpful with the problem I had. And I am grateful that they did refund my money afterwards, and even the receptionist went above and beyond to provide a hand. I understand it's a problem that was somewhat unpredictable, and they handled it great. Will definitely give it another chance on my next trip.
