If you are looking for a quiet and chill retreat then you should come here. The hosts are wonderful people who are welcoming and tend to your every need. The dinner was especially magnificent and the best food we had during our trip. The dinner and wonderful breakfast is only surpassed by the sympathy of the hosts who made us feel at home and were flexible and caring every day. There is a discount with the smaylo surf school with a nice surf instructor. The Dar also provides plenty of evening activities in the comfortable sofa area with board and card games and musical instruments for a small jam session. The rooms were tidy and adequat. We would come again and were sad that we had to leave.

We had a lovely group stay at amine’s surfhouse, the apartment is clean, practical, well priced and very well decorated. The roof top terrace is absolutely beautiful and we spend most of our evenings just chilling there (there is a pool table, sofas and a beautiful view on the ocean). Amine is available for any advice and he’s such a cool guy ;). Sidi Kaouki is just a 40 min on the beach away and it’s a really nice place to visit. Essaouira is 20 min by taxi. Can’t recommend enough if you want to spend a few days away from the hassles of medinas, 10/10
