The facilities are great, spacious, and clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff is amazing, just make us feel at home! (even though I got there to check in 5 minutes before they close, sorry guys 😬) And Thank you all :)

The lady at check in was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms and showers were very private and clean. Everything was small but enough room to be comfortable. Extremely fast and reliable WIFI.

The kitchen was great....but they had homeless living there and that made it not so gooood. I would have said this was soooo great if I had not had to share a room with a homeless person that snored and covid cough all night. The location is amazing, the staff was WONDERFUL, the place was clean and I loved the PINK bathroom. BUt sadly NZ is NOT ready for tourism the tourist info closed indefinatley and nobody know whats happening or who to get anywhere, using the bus was a NIGHTMARE....

The staff was super friendly and willing to help us any time. We felt really comfortable and everything was very well organized. I love that they explained how the hostel works when we arrived. And the kitchen and toilets always super clean and tidy.

I have stayed in many hostels in New Zealand is a cut above the rest! Well designed, very clean, modern community area and facilities, felt secure and had great service. Good location. Just a beautifully designed and well maintained accomodation!
